Head to our booking page, fill in your event details (date, address, project type, brief), and submit a request. We confirm availability within 24 hours and send next steps — no payment is taken until you're ready to proceed.
As early as possible — especially for weddings and large events. We recommend at least 4–6 weeks in advance, though we do accommodate last-minute bookings when available. Contact us and we'll always do our best.
We review your brief personally and reply within 24 hours. We'll confirm availability, share our approach, and answer any questions. Once you're happy to proceed, we send a production agreement and deposit invoice to lock in your date.
Yes. We cover all of the UK and are available for international projects. Travel costs are discussed upfront and factored into your quote so there are no surprises.

Pricing varies by project type, scope, duration, and location. Wedding films typically start from CA$1,500. Music videos and brand films are quoted individually. Prices shown at booking are before HST. Use the budget field in the booking form and we'll match you with the right package.
Yes — we offer tailored packages for weddings (ceremony + highlight + social cuts), events (multi-camera + reel + clips), and brand campaigns (hero film + social formats). Ask us about bundling when you enquire.
Yes. A non-refundable deposit (typically 30%) is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the shoot day, depending on the project.
Bank transfer (BACS) and card payment. All invoices are issued with full details. We don't accept cash for productions.
Turnaround depends on the project. Wedding highlights typically take 3–6 weeks. Music videos and brand films take 2–4 weeks post-shoot. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
All final films are delivered as high-quality MP4 exports (H.264 or H.265), optimised for the platform you need — social media, web, broadcast, or cinema projection. We can also deliver ProRes if needed.
Files are delivered via our secure file transfer portal (no large email attachments). You'll receive a link to download your files in full resolution. Files are available for 30 days — please download and back them up.
Raw footage can be included on request and is charged as an add-on. We recommend this for weddings and events where you want the full archive.
Yes. Each project includes one round of revision requests. Additional revisions are available at an hourly rate. We aim to get it right first time by fully understanding your brief upfront.
We shoot with professional cinema cameras, full-frame sensors, anamorphic and prime lenses, gimbals and stabilisation rigs, and high-output LED lighting. The full kit is on our About page.
Yes — aerial drone footage is available as an add-on for most project types. We operate with all necessary permissions and insurance for UK locations. International drone work is available subject to local regulations.
We shoot in 4K as standard (some cameras up to 6K), delivered in the format that best suits your project. All footage is professionally colour-graded in post.
Yes — colour grade is included in every project. We'll match your reference, brand palette, or creative direction, or develop a signature look from scratch.
